Lucid Dreaming is really great. I've had 3 lucid dreams already! Isn't that impressive? The most popular method for lucid dreaming is propably MILD. Click here to find out more about it! So, the method I'm currently willing to try is WILD(sorry for the old video) which stands for Wake Initiated Lucid Dreaming. WILD tutorial below:
As you might see, WILD is super duper awesome. Like so awesome that you might cry from watching the tutorial. MILD is much milder. There are also other methods like SSILD that are actually good or trash methods like FILD.
